Ginger Chili Miso Dressing or Marinade

Marinade your favourite tofu or drizzle over steamed vegetables and grains. Beautiful!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Ginger or Classic bumble bloom
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Okazu chili miso
  • 1/4 cup vegan fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tamari soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Add your favourite tofu and refrigerate before grilling OR drizzle over your favourite steamed or stir-fried veggies.
